1. An Introduction to Coaching for Courage and Compassion in Leadership
This London event, run by Hilary and Ashleigh with the AfC, will explore compassion in leadership.
Compassionate, people-centred leaders are ahead of the game and at the forefront of developing the new generation of competitive advantage.
Far from being ‘soft and fluffy' or a weakness, compassion guides leaders to be courageous, strong and emotionally-intelligent.

The course will extend and deepen your coaching practice by exploring and learning how to coach for courage and compassion using experiential exercises and models based on the work of Professor Paul Gilbert.
Your highly-qualified and skilled facilitators will guide you to discover:
What compassion is
Why it’s an important part of coaching
How self compassion can powerfully manage our self-critic
How to develop compassion for ourselves as coaches as well as our clients
The mindful practices that enhance the imagery of compassion
